Contractors
Our number one focus is removing the inevitable headache of invoicing and most importantly, delivering payments worldwide as quickly as possible. We will liaise directly with your agency or end client to ensure that all aspects of your contract are covered, allowing you to concentrate on the assignment. No long term commitments, unlike having your own limited company, where the costs continue irrespective of earnings. Just send us your monthly timesheet and we do the rest*.
*Under certain arrangements, you may be required to make your own tax and social security declarations to the relevant authorities regarding your fiscal obligations.
Agents
We exchange contracts with the agent to supply the contractor services on the terms and rates previously agreed. In turn, we will exchange agreements with the contractor as a freelance consultant.
Many of our contractors return to us contract after contract!
End Clients
Gems Group enters into a Client Direct contract with the end client. The terms are agreed by all parties and a contract exchanged (which is provided by Gems Group).
